First official release for the sole album recorded by Spectrum Is Green way back in 1988. Formed and largely led by drummer, singer and violinist , The Troubled Times' David Heath, 'S.I.G' was born out of pure teenage enthusiasm and rebellion. The local Masterton scene of the time was far from welcoming to these upstarts, preferring cover bands they actively blocked S.I.G from getting gigs and their live shows were thus more likely to occur in Wellington than at home.
