Despite having lived (and jammed) together for 30 years this is the debut release for the duo of Sara Rogers and Antony Milton.
Named for their (generally..) somnambulant tone and the fact that most of their jams take place just prior to going to bed for the evening Sleep Hygiene hope that their recordings may act as a gentle stimulus to technicolored dreams.
Slow drifting pop songs, fleeting visions and nostalgic dusty miniatures.
